We had the best experience! After our visit my 6 year old son said "Mommy next time I have to go to the dentist can we go back there". That says it all. Going to the dentist can be an intimidating experience for little ones like my 6 year old and 2 year old but the calm, welcoming, clean and friendly environment made the experience an easy one. Dr. Arroyo is so knowledgeable and great with kids. She's kind, honest, calm and reassuring. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist. Dr. Arroyo and her staff are warm and welcoming. This place is a hidden gem! I would give it more stars if I could.

We’ve been coming to this pediatric dental office for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care my child receives. The hygienists are absolutely amazing—so calm, friendly, and great at making kids feel at ease. My child looks forward to each visit because the hygienists make the whole experience fun and stress-free, explaining everything in a way that’s understandable and comforting. Hygienist and dentist were INCREDIBLE with my toddler! The hygienist (Veronica) took the time to explain each individual tool that would be used and made me daughter comfortable with each one, making her laugh and actually able to get her teeth cleaned - plaque scraped included! My daughter loves going there for the toys in the waiting room, sticker during the visit and prize afterwards. The office even welcomes us by writing her name on the whiteboard of “hello’s”. We love going here!

My son has autism and finding a dentist was a concern for me. However since the first visit, I was delighted with the great service this place provides. Took my 17 month old son there for his first ever dentist visit. The office was immediately inviting for my son and he ran to play with the toys. The staff and Dr. Erin were so pleasant and knew how to speak to my son is a calming and stress free way. We loved our visit and my son didn’t cry. We will be back in 6 months!

Everyone was so welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. The office is beautiful and clean, my kids loved it! I have a 2 and 4 year old and they were very gentle and understanding. The doctor made sure to explain everything in detail and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions. It was the best experience, I highly recommend taking your little ones there.

Clean and fun office. The staff are all wonderful and personable. My kids enjoyed their visit to the dentist and we all truly appreciated the extras like their cool new character toothbrushes, tvs on the ceiling, you’d in lobby, fun painted walls, their pick in a treasure box, and their even names on the wall to welcome them. The doctor was kind, thorough, patient, understanding, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this practice for the kiddos.

What a Great Place! From the minute I walked in, I smiled and felt like a kid again. From the bright walls with the nice, super child friendly atmosphere to the warmness of the staff, this place is a gem. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, the place was super clean and well-managed. And, most importantly, Dr Erin Arroyo was very pleasant, sweet, and just so wonderful with my child. My child was seen very quickly and Dr Arroyo performed her own exam and evaluation. As a physician myself, I was extremely impressed with place, and my child felt comfortable and at home. What a great gem in the middle of Weston.

Caution! Stay away from this dental office. Our daughter, who was a regular patient of Dr. Erin Arroyo, had an accident at school in which she received a very strong blow to the mouth that caused her two upper central incisors to sink, leaving both teeth tilted backward and behind the lower teeth when biting. Due to this the emergency, we called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Erin that same day but unfortunately for us she was off and the closest available appointment was the next day. Instead, we were asked to send pictures of our daughter so that Dr. Erin could see them and give us her opinion by phone and determine whether or not the case was urgent (in the meantime our daughter was in pain and bleeding non-stop). After waiting for more than an hour and receiving no response, we decided to look for another doctor on our own who could see us that same day. We had the intention of returning the next day to Dr. Erin. We then asked the office staff to give us our daughter's medical records so that the new Dr. could make an accurate diagnosis, however, at this point everything went from bad to worse. In order to get the x-rays we had to sign some documents declaring the "end of medical service", when our intention was to continue with them. After complying with all the requirements, we received the x-rays by email without any type of references of what teeth are which and/or medical notes, so we insisted again by phone with the office staff to please give us the complete medical record, however we were denied, supposedly because they medical notes were considered "personal notes" of the doctor. Then, after several hours had passed, my daughter was finally seen by the new dentist, but no call or message from Dr. Erin came, (in response to the photos sent), NOTHING! We then decided to cancel the appointment for the next day and not continue with her. Finally, and the straw that broke the camel's back was that the next day, we went to their office and insisted that they give us our daughter's medical records which is required by Florida law, but the two office workers in front were very rude. They kept insisting that those medical notes were the doctor's "personal notes." We then asked to speak directly to Dr. Erin, who could be heard outside attending to another patient and who we were willing to wait for until she was free, but we were denied the meeting (and even waiting for her to be free) because she was very busy (Note: There were no other patients waiting outside, just us). After a long discussion, they agreed that she would consult with Dr. Erin first, and finally hours later we received our daughter's medical records by email. It is worth noting that our daughter went with us and they did not even ask how she was doing, NOTHING, even though we never received a courtesy call or message back from Dr. Erin. It is also important to note that on their website they claim that they offer Emergency Services, but this is obviously not accurate since this no doctor helped us (they do not have any backup doctor that can take emergencies when Dr Erin is out/off). They even included a phone number to contact Dr. Erin directly in case of emergency but it does not work (you get a fax line). Due to all this which shows a clear lack of empathy on Dr Erin's and her office staff's part, we do not recommend Sweet Tooth Pediatric Dentistry.EDITED: We NEVER received Dr. Erin's feedback. If Dr.Erin replied "immediately", then the staff failed to communicate that to us which shows incompetence. We had no reason to change dentists until this fiasco. You claim that Dr.Erin's notes were released, but convieniently fail to say that you were arguing at first that they were "personal notes". We share our experience so parents can make an informed decision when choosing providers. "It is not the most respectful and best option" to turn it back on your patient instead of actually giving a true apology.

Cuidado! Mantenganse alejado de este consultorio dental. Nuestra hija quien era paciente regular de la dr. Erin Arroyo, tuvo un accidente en la escuela en el cual recibió un golpe muy fuerte en la boca que ocasionó que sus dos incisivos centrales superiores se hundieran, quedando ambos dientes inclinados hacia atrás y por detrás de los dientes inferiores al morder. En vista de la emergencia llamamos para agendar una cita con la dr. Erin ese mismo día pero para mala suerte de nosotros ella estaba off y la cita más próxima disponible era para el día siguiente. Como alternativa nos pidieron que le enviáramos fotos de nuestra hija para que la dr. Erin las viera y darnos su opinión vía telefónica y determinar que tan urgente o no era el caso (Mientras tanto nuestra hija en dolor y sangrando sin parar). Después de esperar por más de una hora y de que no llegaba ningún tipo de respuesta, decidimos buscar por nuestra cuenta otro dr. que si nos pudiera atender ese mismo día y con la intención de regresar el día siguiente con la dr. Erin. Entonces pedimos al personal de la oficina que nos dieran el récord médico de nuestra hija para que así el nuevo dr. pudiera hacer un diagnóstico acertado, sin embargo en este momento todo empezó de mal en peor. Para obtener la radiografías debíamos firmar unos documentos donde declarabamos el "término del servicio médico", cuando nuestra intención era continuar con ellos. Después de cumplir con todos los requerimientos, recibimos las radiografías por email sin ningún tipo de identificación y/o nota médica, por lo que volvimos a insistir por teléfono con el personal de la oficina para que por favor nos dieran el récord médico completo, sin embargo nos fue denegado supuestamente por ser el mismo "notas personales" de la doctora. Luego, después de transcurridas varias horas, al fin mi hija fue atendida por el nuevo odontologo, pero ninguna llamada ni mensaje de parte de la dr. Erin llegó, (en respuesta a las fotos enviadas), NADA! Decimos entonces cancelar la cita del día siguiente y no continuar con su servicio. Para finalizar, y la gota que derrama el vaso, al día siguiente decimos insistir personalmente en que nos dieran el récord médico de nuestra hija que por LEY nos correspondía, pero las dos chicas al frente fueron muy descortés, y seguían insistiendo que eran las "notas personales" de la doctora. Entonces pedimos hablar directamente con la dr. Erin quien se escuchaba desde afuera atendiendo a otro paciente y a quien estábamos dispuestos a esperar a que se desocupara, pero nos fue denegado el encuentro por estar ella muy ocupada (Ojo: No había ningún otro paciente afuera esperando, sólo nosotros). Después de una larga discusión, accedieron a que iba a consultar con la dr. Erin 1ro, y finalmente horas después recibimos por email el récord médico de nuestra hija. Valga acotar que nuestra hija fue con nosotros y ni siquiera preguntaron como seguía, NADA, a pesar que nunca recibimos la llamada o mensaje de retorno de cortesía por parte de la dr. Erin. También es importante acotar que en su página web ofrecen el Servicio de Emergencia, pero evidentemente es mentira y no funciona para nada y no tienen ningún dr. secundario que pueda atender cuando la dr. Erin se encuentra off. E incluso incluyen un número de teléfono para contactar en caso de emergencia directamente a la dr. Erin pero el mismo no funciona al marcarlo. Por todo lo anterior, por su claro desinterés y por su gran falta de empatía, no recomendamos Sweet Tooth Pediatric Dentistry.EDITED: We NEVER received Dr.Erin's feedback.
